Warehouse Commences eReceipts Trial

Warehouse has selected Yocuda’s eReceipts solution to provide a digital receipts pilot

Warehouse started the pilot in April in 14 stores in the UK & ROI. Customers who opt for an e-receipt will now have a permanent digital copy of their transaction, which they can access via their personal email and the My Account section of the Warehouse website.

Yocuda and Warehouse worked closely with Retail Assist and BT Expedite in the testing and deployment of the system to ensure a smooth launch in stores.

It is early days, but Warehouse has already seen a great response from staff and customers alike to the new technology, with the best stores consistently capturing email addresses for over 50% of their transactions each day.
