We work with high profile large UK retailers including: Argos, Booths, Cycle Republic, Debenhams, Fred Perry, French Connection, Halfords, Jack Wills, Jaeger and Monsoon Accessorize amongst others.

Yocuda.com is expanding at an astronomic rate as it looks to obtain further market penetration in the UK and expand into Europe & USA.

Lead Data Analytics Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join as the Lead Data Analytics Manager. You will have a Greenfield mandate to tackle all data analytics and machine learning for a fast growing Retail Technology company.

This is one of the most high profile roles at Yocuda, you will be working directly with the Founder, CTO and large high profile Retail clients.

We are looking for a Data Scientist with customer data experience, preferably in retail or ecommerce.

A strong background in statistics, behavioral data, financial data and combine all 3 to tell a story. Be passionate about getting to the answers, dedicated to solving real business problems.

Needs to have a flexible approach to analysis with the ability to switch easily between projects within different retail sectors, they need to be able to put themselves in the position of 'the customer' to guide analysis methods, have an innate curiosity to try out new or improved methods to problem solve.

Projects/skills needed:

  • Experience of media analysis, customer insight reporting and analysis.
  • Customer segmentations / clustering
  • Propensity modelling, (to lapse, reduce spend, to buy)
  • Campaign management and measurement
  • Category Management / Ranging / Pricing / Promotions Projects
  • Matching Qualitative and Quantitative analysis
  • Data mining
  • Machine learning
  • Experience working within a marketing / business intelligence environment
  • Some knowledge of data visualisation tools (Periscope, Tableau, Qlik etc)
  • Report design
  • Experience with recommender systems
  • Highly desirable Python and R

Education Guidelines:

MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning or other quantitative scientific discipline.

3 Years minimum working experience.
